Level 1 Beginners course: We recommend first-time Ashtanga students do this 6 week course to gain the required understanding and strength. Learning how to breathe using a breathing technique called Ujjayi breath along with some of the important principles of Ashtanga yoga. The Course will give you the confidence to move to level 2. Level 2 Primary series: This is the next level beginners class; a corrective approach to alignment, hip opening & flexibility. |

Level 3 : Here the emphasis is on building strength and working with the Vinyasa; a moving asana sequence that helps your body’s alignment between each pose , to help you maintain heat and a rhythm with your breath. You will deepen your understanding of how bandhas (or locks) work to develop core strength. |

Self Practice Style: Once you know something of the primary series you can move into a self practice style where you will experience individual tuition within the class environment. Tuesday and Saturday classes will allow you to progress to the following series. These classes provide you with a deeper meditative experience. |

Restorative Yoga A great class for anyone to attend. No need to do a beginners course. Good for back & joint care , those needing an energy boost; recovering from injury or illness. A gentle way to rebuild strength. |

Strength and Yoga A fun and energizing way to start your weekend. This is a dynamic way to build up strength. Each Saturday we vary our focus on specific areas of the body, bringing your awareness to the appropriate muscles required for load and action. Yoga asana combined with yoga oriented strength exercises. |
